1. Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns/Exchange:

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags, packaging, and bill intact.
  • Certain items such as perishable goods, personal care products, or custom orders may not be eligible for return or exchange (these will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page).

Non-Returnable Items Include:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.

Process for Return/Exchange:

  1. Contact us at support@sitayan.in or call us at [Insert Phone Number] within 7 days of receiving the item.
  2. Share your order ID, the reason for return, and clear images of the item (if defective/damaged).
  3. Our team will review and approve the return if eligible.
  4. You can either:
    • Ship the item back to us at your own cost.
    • Or request a pickup (available in select areas; pickup charges may apply).

Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund based on your request.


2. Refund Policy

When Refunds Are Issued:

  • If the product is unavailable for exchange.
  • If the returned item meets our return criteria.
  • If the order was canceled before dispatch.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refund Method:

  • Payments made online will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • In case of cancellation after payment, the full amount will be refunded.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

We take utmost care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share photos/videos of the damaged or wrong item via email or WhatsApp.
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund after review.
